1. Nutritious Daliya Khichdi
Ingredients:
1 cup Kashvi Organic Sharbati Wheat Daliya
1/2 cup split moong dal (yellow lentils)
1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, etc.)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
4 cups water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Dry roast the daliya in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.
Wash the moong dal and daliya thoroughly.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Mix in the roasted daliya and moong dal. Add turmeric powder and salt.
Pour in 4 cups of water, close the lid, and cook for 3-4 whistles.
